We're the sayre FAMILY

We’re on a mission to tell people about Jesus. We’re your average American family, serving God in a nation where less than 1% are Christian. Here’s a little bit more about us:

Bobby graduated from International Bible College in 2010, studying both theology and missions. Bobby's family moved to the mission field when he was 16. His family currently runs an orphanage for throwaway babies. Bobby served on staff at Destiny Church in San Antonio, TX for more than 5 years. Destiny Church is our sending church.

April is also a graduate of IBC, with a major in missions. Her dad grew up on the mission field & her grandparents were missionaries to Cuba and Mexico. Her grandparents arrived in Cuba the day that Fidel Castro won the Cuban Revolution. Missions runs in our veins! April also served as Missions Administrator at Destiny Church for more than 5 years.

We were married in March 2011! Since then, we've had two daughters and one son. Abigail Mercy Sayre was born on May 11, 2013. Her name means "Father's Joy." She loves to worship Jesus, dance, sing and eat fruit. Elisabeth Hope Sayre was born on June 16, 2015. Her name means "Oath of God." She loves her big sister. Robert Abbott Sayre (the 4th generation of Robert Sayre in our family) was born on January 6, 2018.

We are your everyday, average people. God has called us to go to the mission field because there are people who need to hear about JESUS for the first time. Thank you for helping us with this mission. We look forward to meeting you, and getting to know each one of you!
